Plastic Moulded Zippers are made with high-grade polyester chips in high precision stainless steel moulds for consistent pitch, glossy finish and reliable strength. Well designed electronic polarizing ensures proper pitch in multicavity mould. Wide range of pigments are used to produce variety of colours and finishes i.e., Metallic, Silver, Antique gold finish, Bi-colour finish and also transparent. On special request these zippers are supplied with special top stops so that the slider does not come out of chain even by accident pull. Special treatment is given so that zipper is flat while attaching to the garments.
